Former Gibeon Security Systems guard Marvin Webisa will stand trial in the High Court for the alleged murder of former Kyanja-based TikToker Diana Namulinde, commonly known as Diana Skyz, following his committal by the City Hall Magistrates’ Court in Kampala. Webisa was on Wednesday committed by City Hall Senior Principal Magistrate Grade Nicholas Aisu after the court was satisfied that police and the State had completed investigations into the case. According to our sources inside the police, crucial evidence was obtained fron Dian’s body and private parts which link the security guard to the scene of crime.
He will face charges of murder, rape and aggravated robbery, which are capital offences handled by the High Court and carry severe penalties upon conviction. The prosecution requested that Webisa be committed to the High Court for trial after presenting an indictment containing a summary of the evidence intended to be relied upon against him.
