Following the murder of an elderly couple in Entebbe who had recently returned to Uganda from Europe, authorities have released an image and audio of the culprit. The suspect is heard accusing the spouse of just educating their children while ignoring him, implying that this is a family member.
Police have now set a reward of fifty million Uganda shillings (50 million) for anyone who can identify the perpetrator based on the images and audio published.
