on 12th Dec 2024, Uganda’s music doctor Jose chameleon was rushed to Nsambya hospital after feeling unwell at his home. He spent several days in the hospital with several Ugandans online criticizing his nature of sickness and making fun about it because they had seen him walk from the car to the stretcher.
However, a few days later, his situation deteriorated, and his doctor advised that chameleon needed specialized treatment if his life was to be saved. He was later transferred to the US where he has been receiving treating, His son Abba Marcus revealed that Jose Chameleon is battling acute pancreatitis caused by prolonged alcohol consumption. Current reports have surfaced over night that his situation has worsened, and he may need a major surgery to stand a chance to live again. The cost of the surgery is estimated to cost $175,000 which has not yet been raised according to the people taking care of him at the hospital.
