The police investigation report states that Dr. Spire Kiggundu was a victim of a sexual act that ultimately caused his death. Many people speculated that he might have been assassinated because of the brothers’ role in government and their personal attacks on politicians, which occurred shortly after his death. The public appeared to accept the picture that certain social media human rights advocates started portraying.
Jimmy Spire Ssentongo attempted to conceal information about the woman his brother was having an affair with during the funeral, claiming that he passed away from natural causes. Nonetheless, a woman identified as Mrs. Mbabazi was captured on camera by the police. When she was arrested, she said that Dr. Spire Kiggundu was her “sex buddy” on that fateful day and that she had accepted his invitation to meet at a specific lodge on Entebbe Road.
He gave her a perfume gift when they first met, and since he had requested to go live, they went to the room where they took an HIV test. After arriving, Dr. Spire took sex-enhancing pills and engaged in continuous intercourse with Mbabazi for twenty minutes. Dr. Spire began to pant like a thirsty dog after twenty minutes and collapsed off her. She realised she had forgotten her perfume as she fled the room in terror. When she returned to get her gift, she discovered the sex doctor had passed away.
Since the revelation of sex-related deaths, his brother, Dr. Jimmy Spire Ssentogo, has remained silent. He used to tweet at least three times a day on X (Twitter), and his most recent post was on June 29, 2025. Given that he was attempting to conceal his brother’s cause of death, we believe the news must have devastated him. May his soul rest in peace.
